Breathwork Supervision with Alison & Phiona

A Reflective Space for Professional Growth and Support

Supervision is a vital part of any practitioner’s journey, a dedicated space to reflect, grow, and receive the support needed to navigate your work with clarity and confidence. With warmth, insight, and a deeply collaborative approach, Alison and Phiona offer breathwork supervision that nurtures both your personal wellbeing and professional development. Their combined experience and grounded presence create a safe, supportive environment where your voice is heard and your work is held with care.

Supervision is a cornerstone of ethical, grounded, and sustainable practice. It offers a confidential space to reflect on your client work, explore challenges, receive guidance, and stay resourced as a practitioner. Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, supervision helps you remain connected to your own process while continuing to offer safe, effective support to others.

What Is Supervision?

Supervision is not about being assessed or judged—it’s a collaborative, supportive relationship where you bring the real experiences of your work into a held and reflective space. It allows you to:

Talk openly about your client work in a confidential and non-judgmental setting

Explore complex dynamics, ethical dilemmas, or areas of uncertainty

Gain perspective and clarity on how to support your clients more effectively

Reflect on your own reactions, emotional responses, and personal development

Stay aligned with your values, boundaries, and scope of practice

In breathwork, where we’re often working somatically and with emotional depth, supervision also helps us to stay grounded, regulated, and aware of the body-based processes that can arise—for both practitioner and client.

Who Is This For?

This supervision space is open to all breathwork practitioners, whether you’re:

In private practice

Working in school-based or agency settings

Wherever you are in your journey, supervision with Alison and Phiona offers a place to reflect on your client work, explore challenges, celebrate progress, and remain grounded in ethical, embodied practice.
