4. Products for Sale:

The website offers recorded hypnosis MP3 downloads, crystals, handmade clay figures, and Bach Flower Remedies. These products are designed to complement your well-being but are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The effectiveness of these products may vary between individuals.

Digital Products:

Recorded hypnosis MP3 downloads are non-refundable once purchased due to their digital nature.

Physical Products:

Crystals, handmade clay figures, and Bach Flower Remedies may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.

9. Refunds and Cancellations:

   Therapy Sessions: Therapy sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or full charge for the session.

Products: As stated, digital products are non-refundable, while physical products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in unused and original condition.
