When the mind is full of moments it can be all consuming and so hard to find focus, fun and happiness in life. Instead of living life for the self, you can begin to live it for or through others, be held back by traumatic events and carry those wounds within the mind and body long after the events have passed. Trapped within cycle of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, extreme mood swings and a general struggle to navigate life. When the mind becomes full of moments it stops being present, consumed instead by the past or the future and lost within its own space. Filled with why me? and What ifs? Limiting the self into seclusion, paralysis, fight or flight and withdrawal from the world around itself.
You don’t have to live this way, therapy can help you to recover the self from the burdens you carry and release them from where they are stored in the recesses of the mind. Letting go of all that is no longer supportive and bring the self and mind back to the present. You deserve to be the best version of yourself, living your life happily & healthily. Hypnotherapy, combined with EFT, Breathwork, and other therapies can support you whilst on that journey of self-discovery, to achieving your goals. Helping with anxiety, stress, & depression, in children & adults. Through individual online therapy or a combination of therapies. Phiona can create bespoke and tailor made session just for you, your needs and your issues that have lead you here today.
Specialising in Chronic illness and Hidden Disabilities, Neurodiversity, Bereavement, Menopause, Trauma, Anxiety , PTSD and Depression. Sessions are available for children, adolescents and adults.

Children and teenagers today face a myriad of challenges that can impact their wellbeing. From stress and anxiety to school issues and social anxiety, young people are often struggling to cope with the pressures of everyday life.
Exams, revision, and family issues such as divorce can also contribute to feelings of overwhelm and insecurity. Bullying is another common issue that can have a negative impact on a child's mental health.
Fortunately, therapy can be a powerful tool in helping children and teenagers manage these challenges. By addressing the root causes of their stress and anxiety, therapy can help young people develop coping strategies and build resilience.
Through therapy, children and teenagers can learn to navigate difficult situations with confidence and self-assurance. They can also develop a greater sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, which can help them thrive in all areas of their lives.
If you are concerned about your child's wellbeing, consider exploring the benefits of therapy as a holistic approach to supporting their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Phiona holds an Enhanced DBS and is an Accredited Practitioner with Hypno4Children and taken specialist training in EFT to work with children, teens and young adults.

Walk and talk therapy, also known as ecotherapy, is a form of therapy that takes place outdoors in nature. This type of therapy combines the benefits of physical activity with the healing power of nature.
By walking and talking in a natural setting, clients can experience a sense of calm and relaxation that may be difficult to achieve in a traditional therapy setting. The sights, sounds, and smells of the outdoors can help to reduce stress and anxiety, while also promoting a sense of well-being.
Overall, walk and talk therapy offers a unique and effective way to engage in therapy while connecting with the natural world. It provides a holistic approach to healing that can benefit both the mind and body.
Phiona Has taken further training with Creative Cousellors to include Walk and Talk therapy in her practice. Thus enabling 1:1, small groups and workshops in nature for children and adults.
Having worked in the fields of Bereavement, Neurodiversity, Trauma, Chronic Illness and Menopause. Phiona has taken her practice into further development to specialise in these areas and offer her clients deep understanding and support in these sensitive areas.
Alongside working with anxiety, stress, OCD and PTSD, which often present outside areas of speciality, to support wide ranging issues that clients bring into session.
Providing a safe, non judgmental and confidential environment, to support and work alongside you at your pace.
Phiona is also a professional member of Creative Counsellors which brings in creative support for clients who may struggle in a more conventional therapy setting, and helps to support a young persons or neurodiverse mind.
Flower remedies are a powerful tool for emotional healing, working on the vibrational level to bring balance and harmony to our emotions. By addressing the underlying emotional layers that contribute to our imbalances, flower essences help us release negative patterns and heal from within.
These remedies work on a subtle level, gently shifting our vibrational frequency to align with our true essence and promote healing. Through the power of flowers, we can tap into the healing energy of nature and support our emotional well-being in a holistic way. Emotional and vibrational healing with flower remedies offers a gentle yet profound way to address our emotional wounds and restore balance to our mind, body, and spirit.
Flower Remedies compliment all other therapies provided by Phiona and can gently support the process of change and transformation.
