Workshops are held throughout the year. These two hour connections can be accessed worldwide on zoom, in small groups to allow space and connection to the self and the breath within. Each workshop is carefully designed with the breath in mind for specific conditions such as stress, anxiety, trauma and to introduce you to the benefits of how breathwork can bring about calm and balance in everyday life.
